Dymension® surface mount valve manifolds incorporate tongue & groove and FlareMount™ technology, a modular method of mounting valves to a manifold block using proven Flaretek® fitting sealing technology. |

The surface mount method enables you to replace or change a single valve as needed, lowering your cost of ownership. |

FlareMount™ sealing technology provides a robust, leak-free seal without introducing additional parts like gaskets and o-rings. |

Surface mount manifolds are available with a dual FlareMount™ interface. This dual sealing technology has integral inlet and outlet ports that redirect fluid into the manifold block without seals, gaskets or o-rings. |

Manifold blocks are available in PFA or proprietary HyQ® PTFE, providing chemical resistance and high purity fluid handling. |

Small footprint saves valuable equipment space. |

Numerous actuators are available to maintain flexibility in your design. Valve options include: pneumatic and manual, normally closed, normally open, restricted actuation, check, needle, fixed bypass and mixing. |

Upon receipt of this information, a concept drawing is created and provided to you for approval prior to placing an order. A part number is assigned at the time of order.
